White Wine Garlic Sauce

Serves 4

Ingredients

1 cup white wine or rice wine

2 Tb butter

2 Tb olive oil

1 Tb minced garlic

1 tsp cornflour

salt and pepper

Method

Mix together
Bring to boil till thick
