Ingredients
Method
- Dice onion, drain corn kernals and kidney beans. Defrost frozen veg. Prepare rice if required.
- Heat oil in pan add onion and capsicum. Cook till onion soft.
- Add spices and powders. Cook until fragrant.
- Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for ~ 10 min.
