Ingredients

Method

  1. Dice onion, drain corn kernals and kidney beans. Defrost frozen veg. Prepare rice if required.
  2. Heat oil in pan add onion and capsicum. Cook till onion soft.
  3. Add spices and powders. Cook until fragrant.
  4. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for ~ 10 min.
