Tuna Salad Rolls

Ingredients

Method

  1. Cut potatoes into cubes around 1cm. Dice mint.
  2. Combine potatoes, corn, mayo, mint.
  3. Rip off bits of lettuce and scoop mixture onto leaves with an extra dolop of mayo on top.

Notes

Serve with sprouts and beetroot.
