Tomato Broccoli Bake
Serves: 6
Time: 15min prep + 15min initial cook + 20min bake
Ingredients
Method
- Chop broccoli into small florets. Dice onion. Dice celery.
- Boil up pasta then drain.
- Melt butter in saucepan/wok, add onion, celery, garlic. Cook till tender.
- Add broccoli, tomato, stock powder, oregano. Bring to boil for ~5min.
- Add pasta and half the cheese. Mix well.
- Pour into greased ovenproof dish, top with remaining cheese.
- Bake 180 degrees for 20 min.
