Tomato Broccoli Bake

Serves: 6

Time: 15min prep + 15min initial cook + 20min bake

Method

  1. Chop broccoli into small florets. Dice onion. Dice celery.
  2. Boil up pasta then drain.
  3. Melt butter in saucepan/wok, add onion, celery, garlic. Cook till tender.
  4. Add broccoli, tomato, stock powder, oregano. Bring to boil for ~5min.
  5. Add pasta and half the cheese. Mix well.
  6. Pour into greased ovenproof dish, top with remaining cheese.
  7. Bake 180 degrees for 20 min.
