Tartar Sauce

Makes 3/4 cup

Ingredients

1/2 cup mayonnaise 1tsp coarse grained mustard 1/4tsp onion powder 1/4tsp garlic powder 2Tb small diced dill pickles or sweet pickled relish 1Tb lemon juice or white wine vinegar salt & pepper to taste

Method

  1. Put all of the ingredients in a food processor and blend well. You can refrigerate sauce up to one week in the fridge.
