Tandoori Lamb Stew

Method

  1. Peel and cube ingredients
  2. Fry oil garlic and vegetables in pan
  3. Sear meat seperately
  4. Dump everything in the pressure cooker
  5. Add stock (beef/chicken) about 1 litre of water
  6. Cook use stew setting, takes about 40-60 mins
