Simple Ratatouille

Time: 10 min prep + 15 min cook Serves: 4

Method

  1. Put on rice
  2. Heat oil in frying pan, medium-high heat. Add ratatouille (frozen) and cook for ~5 min.
  3. Add pasta sauce, bring to simmer. Season with stock powder. Simmer for 5-10 min.
  4. Add rice, pamesan and basil, mix through and serve.

Notes

Original receipe suggests baking parmesan topping under the griller in step 4.
