Sausage and Potato Casserole

Ingredients
Method
- Dice potatoes, onion. Prepare stock. Defrost frozen veg.
- Cook sausages in oil with potato.
- Remove sausages and cut sausages then into ~2 cm slices.
- Add bacon, onion and garlic to pan, frozen veg for ~2 min.
- Add stock, sirracha and simmer for ~10 min.
- Add baked beans + sausages, simmer for ~10 min.
- Serve with parsley.
