Sausage and Potato Casserole

Serves: 4

Ingredients

Method

  1. Dice potatoes, onion. Prepare stock. Defrost frozen veg.
  2. Cook sausages in oil with potato.
  3. Remove sausages and cut sausages then into ~2 cm slices.
  4. Add bacon, onion and garlic to pan, frozen veg for ~2 min.
  5. Add stock, sirracha and simmer for ~10 min.
  6. Add baked beans + sausages, simmer for ~10 min.
  7. Serve with parsley.
