Method
- Medium heat oil in pan.
- Add meat, salt, pepper till brown then remove.
- Cook garlic, oil, butter ~30s to release flavour.
- Add onion, cook for ~10m.
- Re-add meat.
- Add salt, pepper, flour, curry powder cook ~1-2m till thick.
- Add stock, water, milk, tomato, other spices.
- Add extras, and simmmer low ~10m till thick.
Notes
Store in the fridge, warm and use on bread as a spread. Cut ingredients finely for a spread, chunky for a meal.
