Method

  1. Medium heat oil in pan.
  2. Add meat, salt, pepper till brown then remove.
  3. Cook garlic, oil, butter ~30s to release flavour.
  4. Add onion, cook for ~10m.
  5. Re-add meat.
  6. Add salt, pepper, flour, curry powder cook ~1-2m till thick.
  7. Add stock, water, milk, tomato, other spices.
  8. Add extras, and simmmer low ~10m till thick.

Notes

Store in the fridge, warm and use on bread as a spread. Cut ingredients finely for a spread, chunky for a meal.
