Ingredients
500g potatoes (cooked and cubed)
1 small red onion, finely chopped
1 Granny Smith apple (peeled, cored and chopped)
2 dill pickled cucumber (chopped)
150 ml sour cream
Juice 1/2 lemon
Salt and pepper
Method
Mix chopped apple in lemon juice.
Add remaining ingredients.
Serve chilled.
