Potato Salad

  1. Peel, cut and boil potatoes till firm-soft
  2. Fry bacon lightly in butter and plenty of oil to make a flavoured slurry
  3. Add onions and capcicum and continue cooking lightly for 1 minute
  4. Mix ingridients
  5. Refrigerate
  6. Add extras sauce to make fresh before serving
