Potato Salad

Method
- Peel, cut and boil potatoes till firm-soft
- Fry bacon lightly in butter and plenty of oil to make a flavoured slurry
- Add onions and capcicum and continue cooking lightly for 1 minute
- Mix ingridients
- Refrigerate
- Add extras sauce to make fresh before serving
