Method
- Mix sauce in bowl.
- Put pad thai noodles in boiling water.
- Max heat brown chicken and put aside.
- Fry garlic & onion.
- Add eggs and scramble.
- Add sauce, drained noodles and all other ingredients. Simmer till most sauce absorbed.
Notes
Serve with crushed peanuts and a squeeze of lemon.
