Method

  1. Mix sauce in bowl.
  2. Put pad thai noodles in boiling water.
  3. Max heat brown chicken and put aside.
  4. Fry garlic & onion.
  5. Add eggs and scramble.
  6. Add sauce, drained noodles and all other ingredients. Simmer till most sauce absorbed.

Notes

Serve with crushed peanuts and a squeeze of lemon.
