Mushroom Soup
serves 4
Step 1
- 2 diced onions
- 500g mushrooms
- 1tsp salt
- 2Tb butter
- 2tsp garlic paste
Step 2
- 500g beef strips
- 1 cup frozen veg
- 3 cups of stock
Step 3
- 1 cup (250ml) milk or cream
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Method
- Brown the first ingriedients
- Add the second lot and simmer as long as you can/want
- Add the milk and cream at the last minute
