Massaman Curry

Time: 20 min prep + 2 hr cook Serves: 6

Ingredients

Method

  1. Put on rice. Dice onion, steak.
  2. In a casserole pot/slow cooker - brown diced steak.
  3. Add onions to brown.
  4. Add remaining ingredients. Use water to clean out curry paste and coconut can and make a little juicy. Cook for 1-2hrs at 180 degrees.
  5. Stir in rice and serve.
