Hungarian Style Goulash
Time: 20 min prep + 2 hrs cook Serves: 8

Method
- Dice potatoes, prepare stock. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- Coat casserole pot in cooking oil. Combine paprika, flour, and fennel in casserole pot. Brown in medium-low heat. Empty into a bowl.
- Brown onion in casserole pot, still soft.
- Add meat back in to pot, stock, undrained crushed tomatoes, tomato paste. Bring to boil.
- Bake for 45min.
- Add diced potatoes, bake for 45mins.
- Stir in oregano and rice.
