Gnocchi with Vegetables and Parmesan

Method

  1. Boil gnochhi, when floats cook for another 3 mins. Then drain.
  2. Hot frypan add generous oil, butter and gnocchi. Fry till golden brown.
  3. Add green peas (mircowave before adding if frozen) and pepper.
  4. Put to the side.
  5. Add oil, butter, garlic, onion and begin to brown.
  6. Add tomatoes and salt till juice simmers off.
  7. Add bay spinch till softens.
  8. Serve with slices of lemon and parmesan.
