Garlic Butter

Ingredients

Method

  1. Mix ingredients including some garlic butter and knead for 4-6m
  2. Place in oil or garlic butter lined container, let rise for 1-2hr
  3. Cut into 6 and let proof for 15-20m
  4. Roll out on floured surface
  5. Cook in a very hot max heat, dry cast iron skillet for 2 to 3 minutes per side
