Frankfurt Casserole

Time: 15 min prep + 20 min cook

Method

  1. Slice frankfurts. Preheat oven to 230 degrees. Defrost veg? Prepare noisettes on baking tray with baking paper (Maybe sprinkle chippy/chicken salt over)
  2. Melt butter, add flour.
  3. Add tomato juice, vegetables, soup mix, water, frankfurts. Bring to boil, then simmer for 20 min.
  4. Pop in the Noisettes as these take ~15 mins as per packet instructions.
  5. Mix noisettes in to sauce veg mix.
