Easy Lemon Tart
Serves 6-8
Ingredients
Method
- Grease straight-sided 25cm pie dish. (or 23cm with high sides)
- Whisk eggs in medium bowl.
- Gradually whisk in sifted flour, then remaining ingredients until well combined.
- Pour mixture into prepared pie dish.
- Bake in moderate oven about 45 minutes or until set and browned lightly.
- Serve warm or cold.
