Easy Lemon Tart

Serves 6-8

Ingredients

Method

  1. Grease straight-sided 25cm pie dish. (or 23cm with high sides)
  2. Whisk eggs in medium bowl.
  3. Gradually whisk in sifted flour, then remaining ingredients until well combined.
  4. Pour mixture into prepared pie dish.
  5. Bake in moderate oven about 45 minutes or until set and browned lightly.
  6. Serve warm or cold.
