Creamy Beef Casserole

Serves: 4 Time: 10min prep + 20min cook

Method

  1. Dice steaks. Defrost veg. Prep stock. Dice onion. Preheat oven to 180.
  2. Heat butter, cook onion and beef.
  3. Add vegetables and flour, stiring for 1 minute.
  4. Add stock + water and cream. Stir till boils and thickens.
  5. Add mixture to casserole dish. Top with mashed potato. Put in oven at 180 for 15 mins.

Notes

You could get away without putting this in the oven, just serve on mash or rice.
