  1. Boil 2-4hr or 45 min in pressure cooker with quick release
  2. Let sit in the warm water ~15-30m
  3. If fork goes in easy, its ready

Notes

Throw in half onions, chunky carrots, spud, cabbage 1hr before finished for a meal
