Chinese Corn Soup with Chicken

serves 4

Ingredients

2 cups of chicken or veg stock

1 can creamed corn (wifey doesnt like this)

1 tsp soy sauce

1 Tb cooking wine

1 tsp ginger minced

1 tsp garlic minced

1 tsp cornflour/cornstarch

1 egg

1 cup diced/shredded chicken

Extras

frozen veg/corn

spring onions

Method

Bring to boil - stock, creamed corn, soy, wine, ginger, garlic, cornflour
When boilding, bring temp down to simmer, let thicken
Add extras, chicken
Turn off, add egg and mix through till it ribbons
