Choo Chee Chicken

- Put on rice in advance. Defrost forzen veg. Grate palm sugar, dice capsicum. Dice chicken.
- Fry chicken in small batches till golden brown. Side aside on paper towel.
- In wok, add red curry paste with a little oil, cook till fragrent.
- Add coconut cream, a kaffir lime leaves, fish sauce, palm sugar. chicken, capsicum, forzen veg. Bring to boil and simmer.
- Mix in rice then serve.
