Choo Chee Chicken

  1. Put on rice in advance. Defrost forzen veg. Grate palm sugar, dice capsicum. Dice chicken.
  2. Fry chicken in small batches till golden brown. Side aside on paper towel.
  3. In wok, add red curry paste with a little oil, cook till fragrent.
  4. Add coconut cream, a kaffir lime leaves, fish sauce, palm sugar. chicken, capsicum, forzen veg. Bring to boil and simmer.
  5. Mix in rice then serve.
