Chicken & Mushroom Pie

Serves: 6 Time: 15min prep + 20min cook

Method

  1. Dice chicken. Defrost frozen veg. Dice onion.
  2. Brown chicken in wok.
  3. Throw onion in with butter in wok. Brown.
  4. Add remaining ingredients.
  5. Simmer for ~10 min.

Notes

Serve with rice or mash. Original recipie says to put in dessert dishes and top with puff pastry brushed with milk. Oven for ~15mins.
