Cashewnut Chicken

Marinade
- 1Tb chinese cooking wine
- 1Tb soy sauce
- 2tsp seasame oil
- 500g chicken
Ingredients
Method
- Dice chicken and marinade
- Defrost frozen veg
- Mix the sauce ingredients together in a pot
- Brown chicken in wok. On the side, boil the sauce in the pot
- Add defrosted veg
- Add boiling sauce
- Boil for a bit then serve
