Carbonara

Method

  1. Cook pasta in salted water (10g per litre)
  2. Fry bacon in deep pan with garlic/ginger
  3. To the side add eggs and greek yogurt and mix
  4. When pasta is done, add to the bacon pan with the bacon fat and coat pasta in fat
  5. Finally turn off heat and add the egg mix and allow to passive cook
  6. Top with cheese

Notes

Dont rinse pasta when cooked, allow it to cool a little to become sticky
