Beef and Chick Peas

Serves: 4

Ingredients

Method

  1. Rinse and drain chick peas, dice onion, make beef stock. Cook rice
  2. Cook garlic and onion in a dash of oil, till onion is soft.
  3. Add mince, cook til browned.
  4. Add tomatoes, stock and all spice, simmer for ~10 mins.
  5. Add chick peas (+ rice if you want), simmer for ~5mins.
