Baked Rice Pudding

Serves: 4 small Time: 20 mins prep + 50 mins cook

Method

  1. Cook rice. Chop dates.
  2. Preheat oven to 200. Combine eggs, sour cream, milk, vanilla, spice and sugar in a bowl, mix well.
  3. Add a small baking dish inside a larger baking dish and fill the outer up half way with boilding water. Add all ingredients into the inner baking dish.
  4. Bake for 50 mins or till set.

Notes

This makes 4 small serves, so serve with icecream or custard or strawberries.
