Bacon and Egg Pie/Quiche
Serves 8
Ingredients
1/2kg bacon
1 large onion
8 eggs
puff pastry
milk glaze
salt + pepper to taste
Extras
mixed veg
boiled diced spinach
cheese
300ml thickened cream
Method
Precook bacon and onion slightly
Puff pastry as base and top
Either dice and mix, or layer like a lasagnae
Bake 180c 25-30m
